When you contact us, book a call, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, deliver the services you request, and send updates you’ve asked for. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Third-party tools
We use WhatsApp Business to communicate with visitors who choose to chat with us, and standard email delivery for enquiries. These providers process messages according to their own privacy policies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing admin@azadihub.com.ng.
