Refund Policy
1. AI Employee services
Because every AI Employee is scoped to your business after a discovery call, work begins only once you’ve agreed to the scope. Once build work has started, fees already paid for that phase are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issue before reaching that point.
2. Monthly plans
Ongoing monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. You will not be billed for the following month once cancelled; we don’t offer partial-month refunds.
3. Academy & Bootcamp
If a course or bootcamp hasn’t started yet, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Once a course has started, refunds are considered case by case.
4. How to request a refund
Email admin@azadihub.com.ng with your order details and we’ll respond within a few business days.
